Minnie's in the House!

A dear friend wanted a Minnie Mouse cake for her sweet daughter turning 6 today !  I couldnt resist and said Yes, I'll do it! I didnt want to go OTT but went the simple but sweet route instead. This is the result. I hope dear Salma loves her cake! She loves vanilla and the colors pink and purple :)  aaawwwww....

Celebration of the Birth of the Prophet

On the 12th day of Rabiul-awal, we celebrate the birthday of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. We were blessed to join the Singapore community at one of the events organised at Garhoud yesterday evening. We also wanted to share with our muslim brothers and sisters something sweet after the reading of the maulid. Everyone enjoyed the vanilla cuppies with luscious vanilla buttercream that we managed to whip up for the evening. Thank you very much for the host of the evening. :)
